Is it a “fight” when a 36 year old woman and her 17 year old daughter attack a much smaller 14 year old?

An Indy mother has been charged with several felonies after she and her daughter boarded a middle school bus earlier this month and allegedly fought an 8th-grade student, breaking the child’s nose and causing his face to swell up.

Latea Hentz, 36, told police on March 6 that she and her 17-year-old daughter had gotten onto her son’s school bus that morning to help confront an ongoing bullying situation. She is now charged with criminal confinement, battery, intimidation and criminal trespassing.

While Hentz made no mention to police of her being involved in a fight on the bus, security cameras and a viral video captured by someone else on the bus showed Hentz and her daughter punching an 8th grader multiple times.

Hentz can also be heard making threats against the other children on the bus, including “I’m going to tear this up,” “I’m tired of you b***h a** kids” and “Anybody want to get active?”

“Anybody want to get active” is apparently 2G gibberish for “I will happily assault any minor on this bus”. It sounds like a he said-he said thing, with the 13 year old son of Latea Hentz claiming he was the victim of bullying but so did the 14 year that was assaulted….

The 14-year-old boy’s mother later told police that her son was half-Mexican and had recently been subjected to racist jokes about Immigrations and Customs Enforcement – or ICE. She said on March 6, her son had called her and claimed “he had been jumped by a mom and her kids.”…

….Hentz’s son reportedly told the driver that he had been slapped by an 8th grade student. The 14-year-old boy then told the driver that Hentz’s son had been making racist comments. The driver said she reported the incident to the school administration.

As reported elsewhere, Hentz’s 17 year old daughter also threatened to kill the 14 year old and was terrorizing a 10 year old girl…

At one point, footage shows Hentz’s daughter turning to a 10-year-old girl and asking if “she wants some too.” The little girl can be seen shaking her head no and turning around and hiding in her seat, according to court documents.

After about a minute, other school buses and police pulled up to the scene and the family stopped. As they left the bus, the sister told the student, “If I have to come on the bus again I will kill you,” according to court records.

What a charming little bitch, threatening to beat up a 10 year old girl and kill a 14 year old.

Anyway, Hentz got dinged for four felonies…

• Criminal Confinement – Level 4 Felony

• Battery Resulting in Moderate Injury – Level 6 Felony

• Intimidation – Level 6 Felony

• Criminal Trespass – Level 6 Felony

Now, do you think that if a White woman and her 17 year old daughter had clambered on a bus and assaulted a 14 year old black kid and threatened to kill him that it might have made national news? The NAACP would have shown up, ambulance chasing race hustler Benjamin Crump would be there filing suit surrounded by family members wearing t-shirts with pictures of the poor black boy that had been assaulted. The White mother would be facing hate crime charges and even more serious felonies.

What is even more disgusting is that predictably a ton of black women and some fat White chicks that I assume are mudshark single mothers are defending this on Facebook like at this story from Indianapolis Fox 59. No matter what a black person does, most blacks will defend their actions even when it is an adult woman assaulting and threatening to kill a mixed race half-Mexican kid. Some much for the solidarity of people of color. What blacks would object to if done to their children is fine if a black person does it to a child of another race.

Bullying sucks but I suspect most people reading this were bullied a bit in school at some point. It happens, kids can be vicious little beasts but that is part of growing up and toughening up. The school probably should have done something to intervene but nothing really excuses an adult woman and a 17 year old assaulting a young teen, not to mention threatening to kill the teen, and then threatening to fight an entire school bus of children.

I am sure the 13 year old son and 17 year old daughter will become normal, well adjusted members of society after observing mama responding to something parents and children have dealt with for as long as there have been children by attacking a kid and threatening his life.
