The Final Tally
It looks like the 2026 Juneteenth/Father’s Day Weekend Extravaganza ended with a nice, even 10 mass shootings.
None were very noteworthy other than the 13 shot in Chicongo. Only six people total killed versus 51 wounded, thus reinforcing Sailer’s Law. Just a bunch of the usual black on black violence but with summer getting into full swing soon as Independence Day weekend is just around the corner, those numbers should pump up.
We are not quite to the halfway point of the year and last weekend saw the 200th mass shooting of the year. Still no one in a position of power will address the elephant, or perhaps chimp, in the room: while White people enjoy summer cookouts and vacations with family, blacks continue to gun each other down with wanton abandon.
I was really cheering them on to set a new record. I am disappointed, but looking forward to White Supremacist Independence Day (EFF the British).
Some prominent black person said that black people don't celebrate the fourth of July because it was a holiday celebrating white slaveowners rebelling against paying taxes to England, or something to that effect. That won't stop them from going to a barbecue with the "right" people if the occasion arises.
