Docs: Mom arrested for biting daughter in face

A Delaware County woman was arrested after she allegedly bit her own daughter.

Daqueel Hall, 26, was charged with Battery on a Juvenile, a Level 5 Felony.

Officers with the Muncie Police Department received a report with pictures from the Department of Child Services on Feb. 14, that alleged that Hall battered her daughter. On Thursday, May 1, the 5-year-old girl was taken to a expanded forensic interview where she reportedly disclosed that her mother physically attacked.

The victim said that her mom bit her on the face and used a stick to scratch the inside of her legs, according to court documents.

A five year old? I can see spanking an unruly 5 year old in some cases but having raised 8 children through that age I never once thought it was appropriate to bite them on the face.

In fairness to Daqueel, the average 5 year old niglet is a feral beast and probably only responds to over the top violence. Most 2Gs never even grow out of that stage. Regardless keep an eye out for the child of Ms. Hall in 6-7 years from now when they get arrested for their first felony.
